Certification is granular by substrate. A crew can be certified on PRT-AS, add PRT-CO later, and qualify for PRT-BD when the deck work warrants it.

Process
WHAT TO EXPECT.
Applications are reviewed within 5 business days. Qualifying crews are scheduled for training, then a witnessed demo project before certification is issued. RhinoTop covers technical training; travel and demo materials are billed at cost.
